The Turning Point of My Life

 

My school was the true turning point of my life. I am a proud student of ST.Thomas' Girls' High School Matara. I spent my school days very happily, guided by teachers who were as kind as gods.

My school gave equal place to both studies and extra activities. This helped me choose the right path for my future. The dancing room was like a second home to me. I spent more time there than in my classroom, but I never missed my schoolwork.

I am so happy that I could bring honor to my school by getting selected for the University Of Visual And Performing Art.  I remember feeling very sad to leave my school and teachers on our social gathering day. The last time I visited was for the awards ceremony for university entrants, where the school honored us for our hard work.

I love my school as much as I love my mother. It made me who I am today.🥹❤️❤️❤️❤️
